The Tama-Toledo Garden Club met Monday, Sept. 14, 12:30, for their monthly meeting. The Pledge to our Flag and the club's poem Zinnias was recited in unison. Roll call was answered with "How did you spend Labor Day". Some had family gatherings others just enjoyed the beautiful weather that day. She prints meal calenders and monthly activities. September is National Senior month. A vote taken by the club was to give a donation to the Nutrition Site.

Poems were read by Loretta Busch, Agnes Podhajsky, Mildred Dostal, Burnadene Kunch and Audrey Dostal.

Bingo was played with hostess Mary Kerkman with everyone receiveing a nice gift. Agnes Podhajsky won Blackout. The next meeting will be Monday, Oct. 5, with Burnadene Kunch and Audrey Dostal as hostesses.
