LUTHER – The woman who was killed Saturday evening following a bicycling accident at Ledges State Park in Boone County has been identified as 53-year-old Rosemary Rigsby of Toledo by the Iowa Department of Natrual Resources. Rigsby was bicycling with a friend when she apparently lost control of the bicycle she was riding while going down a hill and hit a tree. She was not wearing a helmet. The accident occurred at approximately 5 p.m. Saturday.
