May 27-

3:14 p.m.- LaVonne Clarice Jefferson, 37, Montour, arrested at rural Tama on charges of malicious prosecution, making a false report to law enforcement, driving while license suspended and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 28 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:55 p.m.- Carl William Graves, 31, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a charge of second offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on May 28 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 28-

2:09 p.m.- Jose Manuel Alvarez, 20, Toledo, arrested in Tama on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, drug tax stamp violation, possession of a controlled substance - serious misdemeanor and child endangerment by Tama Police. Held on $10,00 cash or surety bond.

4:56 p.m.- Stacy Ann Murillo, 32, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a charge of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 9 p.m. on surety bond.

6:40 p.m.- Zachery Tweed Egge, 21, Gladbrook, arrested in Gladbrook on a warrant for violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 4 at 2:25 p.m. on surety bond.

8 p.m.- William Francis Babinat, 50, Clutier, charged at rural Clutier with disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Cited to court.

May 29-

2:35 a.m.- Donald LeRoy Schmidt, 28, Marshalltown, arrested at an unnoted location on charges of 2nd degree theft and driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 1 p.m.

8:20 p.m.- Willie Darnell Hampton, 49, Cedar Rapids, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on May 30 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:35 p.m.- Desse Autumn Davenport, 30, Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 30 at 10:50 a.m. on unsecured bond.

11:46 p.m.- Francisco Barajas, Jr., 20, Toledo, charged in Tama with possession under age or making available, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Tama Police. Cited to court.

May 31-

2:30 p.m.- Marvin George Mitchell, 58, Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of intoxication or consumption in public by Tama Police. Released on June 1 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

4:45 p.m.- Edgar Fabian Hernandez, 22, Marshalltown, arrested in Toledo on a charge of intoxication or consumption in public by Toledo Police. Released on June 1 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Amanda Jayne Lewis-Paigly, 24, Marshalltown, arrested in Toledo on a charge of intoxication or consumption in public by Toledo Police. Released on June 1 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:09 p.m.- Jerimiah Lee Johnson, 33, Cedar Rapids, arrested at and unnoted location on three Marshall County warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released to Marshall County custody.

11:39 p.m.- Vincent Lopez Duncan, 63, Tama, arrested at rural Tama on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

June 1-

2:35 p.m.- Trisha Kathleen Mundt, 20, Clutier, arrested in Toledo on charges of driving while license revoked, driving while license suspended and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 2 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:43 p.m.- Marian June Davenport, 66, Montour, arrested at rural Montour on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault.

11:05 p.m.- A 17-year-old juvenile was charged in Tama for possession under age or making available by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. No disposition noted.

June 2-

4:40 a.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska, 34, Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwkai Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 2 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:28 a.m.- Fernando Camacho, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 1700 block of US. Highway 30 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 3 at 11:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:45 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 36, Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a charge of consumption or intoxication in public by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 3 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:17 p.m.- Jesus Gallardo Moreno, 27, Des Moines, arrested in Warren County on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Held on $7,500 cash or surety bond and an Immigration detainer.

10:13 p.m.- Crystal Lea Burns, 45, addresses of McGregor and Waterloo, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 3rd offense public intoxication or consumption by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on June 3 at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 3-

12:36 p.m.- James Dean Youngbear, addresses of Tama and Toledo, arrested in Toledo on charges of driving while barred and driving while license revoked by Toledo Police. Released on June 4 at 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:16 p.m.- Susette Edna Blackbird, 25, Council Bluffs, arrested in Woodbury county on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 5 at 6:40 p.m. on surety bond.

3:09 p.m.- Mona Lisa Roberts, 43, Tama, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by Meskwkai Nation Tribal Police. Held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

5:13 p.m.- Mario Herrera-Rodriguez, 19, Tama, arrested in Tama on charges of driving while license suspended and violation of financial responsibility by Tama Police. Released on June 4 at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 5-

5:10 a.m.- John Paul Hulin, 33, Green Mountain, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:30 a.m.- Stephanie Ann Gwinn, 21, Green Mountain, arrested at rural Tama on a charge of intoxication or consumption in public by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:40 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:32 p.m.- Kristie Sue Gardalen, 39, Conrad, arrested in the 13000 block of 330th Street on charges of malicious prosecution and false report to law enforcement by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 6:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

4:32 p.m.- Matthew Dean Steelsmith, 40, Conrad, arrested in the 13000 block of 330th Street on charges of false report to law enforcement, malicious prosecution and violation of a no contact or protective order by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 6 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:22 p.m.- Kary Jane Moore, 38, Lincoln, arrested in Lincoln on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 6 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:35 p.m.- Nolan Durrell Walker, 22, Toledo, arrested in Toledo on a charge of 3rd offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on June 6 at 11:10 a.m.
