TOLEDO CHRONICLE- Gourd Birdhouses and Natural Health Are IVCE Classes
If you are interested in making some homes for birds this spring, join Noel Duffy at the Tama Public Library as she shows you the process you can use to do just that. Noel will explain the process as well as show you some of the finished products she has made. This class meets on Thursday, April 23, from 6:30 to 7:30 P.M.. The tuition is $10.00.
The natural health seminar is being held on Thursday, April 30. This class will give you a real understanding of the phrase, "You are what you eat." Teaching the seminar is Deb Smith who spent 30 years working in traditional medicine and has come to the conclusion that alternative medicines definitely have a place. She guarantees that the evening will be fun and that you get a fundamental understanding of ways to address your health concerns. This session meets at the Toledo Public Library from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 p.m. The tuition is $15.00.
Deb will offer two other worth while classes. On Thursday, May 7, she will who you how you can scan your body and learn such things as your vitamin levels, muscle tone, toxins, and health of your intemal organs. She will then present alternative programs, therapies, and/or natural remedies that can be used to address your concerns. This class meets at the Toledo Public Library from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. The tuition is $15.00.
The last class Deb will offer is one on herbs and anti-oxidants. She will cover judging quality of herbs and the medical problems they are designed to remedy. Also, you will learn how ant-oxidants are important to your health as well as finding out what is new in supplements. This class meets on Monday, May 11, at the Toledo Library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The tuition for the class is $15.00.
