Volha "Olga" Lushchynskaya and David Krough were married on Feb. 28, 2009, in Arlington, Va.
Parents of the couple are Vitali and Nadzeya Lushchynski of Wyaz, Belarus, and Carroll and Patty Krough of Montour.
