Why is everything so vague. If this is a continuation, then we have every right to know how much you have collected in the last ten years and EXACTLY where it was spent. In addition, there should be a business plan in place to tell us EXACTLY how much you want to put into boilers or repairs. I hope the taxpayers are tired of giving a blank check to public servants and not getting an answer to where it was spent. This is the first I heard that it was going to raise income taxes as well. With the primary and intermediate buildings gone and a brand spanking new school built, you would think we would have no need for a PPEL. I think it is time we start seeing a return on our investment.

If I went to my banker and told him I wasn't going to show him my business plan, financial statement or taxes but he needed to give me more money cause he had loaned me some in the past and that was a good enough reason to give me more he would laugh me out the door. Calling raising our taxes for ten more years a "continuation" isn't a reason to vote to raise our taxes
